In that spirit, everyone that takes the time to interview with your company - especially in person - deserves to be communicated with. Period.

With a job offer or just to close out the process...

No candidate deserves radio silence after investing their valuable time with you.

Especially given the state of the labor market (historically tight).

I know this will sound basic to most who read this..

But there are companies out there - significant and meaningful companies - who are violating this basic rule.


It’s impossible to be truly customer-centric unless we are first **team member-centric.**
