Reality: we are all in sales.

Whether we realize it or not. And whether we like it or not.

But being in sales doesn’t always mean prospecting and closing contracts.

Ot means convincing customers to do something..

📍change the way they are working

📍adopt our solutions

📍see the value we provide

📍be a reference

📍...on and on it goes

From this perspective, #cs can learn a lot from sales.

And the two are potentially more alike than we often admit.
