During quarantine, virtual meetings have been working.

One reason, it seems, is that everyone is participating individually from their own remote location.

Their own computer.

With their own camera fixated on them.

There is no sidebar dynamic amongst one group of participants sitting in a conference room.. While remote participants hopelessly try to keep up.

The playing field is level.

But what’s going to happen when we begin moving back to offices?

How will the dynamic change?

Should we take meetings with more than 2 participants from our desks with Zoom? (Can’t really are that happening).

Bigger question is how will we continue to build upon on what we’ve learned about effective remote work?

Anybody thinking about this yet?
