Leadership is the different than how I pictured it when i first started my career...

Instead of telling people what to do
It's first listening and seeking to understand

Instead of directing
It's debating and pushing everyone to speak up and add input

Instead of having all the answers
It's the continuous desire to learn

Instead of being the decider
It's encouraging people to make commitments and holding them accountable

Instead of giving orders
It's persuading and giving latitude to be wrong

Instead of making rules and policies
It's about making it safe to innovate

The most underrated skill in all of #customersuccess?

It’s leadership.
