Hello, my friends. This week, I want to share two quick updates with you.

First, I recently announced that I'm expanding my strategic advisor role with Churnkey into an official position, Head of Growth. In this role, I'll drive sales and retention efforts for the business, and support the founders as we grow.

If you haven't had a chance to read the announcement on LinkedIn, I encourage you to check it out. I explained some of the problems that companies with credit card subscription customers face with retention, and how we help solve them.

I've never seen a SaaS product with such immense and direct benefits to its customers. It's what initially drew me in.

Besides the ROI, three things really got me fired up about the company and the opportunity:

  1. A Great Team - growth-minded, collaborative people.
  2. A Great Product - solves a real customer problem, elegantly.
  3. A Great Market - an industry, The Subscription Economy, which will triple over the next 24 months.

The more experience you have, the more critical each of these is in a career choice. The team and the product impact your day-to-day satisfaction, and the market determines your long-term career growth potential.

Suffice it to say, Churnkey fits the bill on all three counts. I'm thrilled to join the early team working on this rocket ship.

The second update is that Jeff Breunsbach and I are reuniting to bring you something new. Over the next few weeks, customersuccess.io will become GrowthCurve.io, a business media company shaping the next generation of technology leaders.

Under GrowthCurve.io, we'll continue to ship this newsletter every week and we will be launching a new podcast in March. In early February, we're also dropping an educational resource designed to increase the business literacy of your management team.

All of this is aimed at helping you level up as a leader, regardless of your area of expertise or current career level.
