Is the “growth at all costs” era of #saas coming to an end?



Interesting article in Crunchbase this week about capital firms who are favoring profitability (or even just a path to it) more heavily.

It’s impossible to get to profit without a focus on customer success, retention and customer revenue expansion.

And so I naturally loved Vineet Jain’s quote below from the article (CEO of Egnyte).
