The past few weeks have been a whirlwind.

But today I’m thrilled to share with you that Customer Imperative has been acquired by Higher Logic.

If you’re not aware, Higher Logic is the undisputed industry leader in community management platforms.

I’ll be taking on the the role of Chief Customer Officer. Jeff will become Director, Customer Experience.

There are so many exciting angles to this but first, let’s talk about Gain Grow Retain.

Jeff and I will continue to run the community. And the best news is that we’ll be investing *more* in delivering great content and collaboration to our members.

You may have noticed that GGR has already received a facelift. Let us know what you think (and sign up if you haven’t already!!).

Aside from GGR, I’m excited to be back in “the seat” again as CCO. I plan to continue writing and speaking on #B2B#SaaS and #CustomerSuccess with fresh new experiences to share.

We’ll also remain active in the community. 👊

We will be spinning down the consulting arm of CI over the next 90 days.

It’s been one heck of a ride over 3.5 years. So many learnings.

I thank my wife, my kids, our clients, partners, GGR members and friends of the firm.

Here’s to the next chapter - Onward Upward.
