Why would we do that?

Because were able to connect personally with 8 people who represented 8 unique customers within the span of an hour.

They got value from one another.

And from our team.

They shared their objectives for 2021.

Exchanged ideas.

Found a tribe of people who walk in their shoes.

That’s the power of community.

We learned it with Gain Grow Retain.

And now we are seeing it play out with our customers at Higher Logic.

I believe every vertical software company needs a community strategy.

Human connection is a powerful thing.

And it goes way beyond digital #marketing.

It’s almost 2021.
