What are the responsibilities of a CSM?

The actual work that must get done.

For me, it’s this simple...

🔹Understand customer’s business objectives

🔹Map product outcomes to business objectives

🔹Ensure outcomes are delivered

🔹Tell the story back to the customer

There are a thousand details that fall underneath each area.

And many dependencies on others.

But this is the job.
