What’s the difference?


Account Manager
- builds and maintains relationships
- responsible for account growth plans
- oversees expansion sales cycle

Customer Success Manager
- builds and maintains relationships
- elicits customer objectives / measures
- consultative action toward those objectives

For enterprise SaaS we need both roles to create win/win partnerships (along with many others along the way).
