#saas#Sales teams have long enjoyed access to the latest and greatest in technology tools to scale their operations.

But why should they have all the fun?

These tools also benefit #customersuccess teams working to maintain and grow customer relationships.

A few examples:

1. Troops - Automates data entry in Salesforce through Slack

2. People[dot]ai - Integrates with existing workflows (email and calendars) to build a graph of all engagement you have with your customers.

3. UserGems - Tracks job changes for your key contacts (just heard about this for the first time today).

4. Gong - Call recording and coaching (InsideSales, SalesLoft, chorus[dot]ai, etc...).


It really is time to take customer success teams to the next level, especially with tech. But my hunch is that budget and exposure to these tools are barriers.
